League parents and family members will be responsible for volunteering to work assigned shifts in the snack bar. You must be 18 years or older to work an assigned shift Schedules will be disbursed two weeks prior to your scheduled shift and a current assignment will be posted in the snack bar at all times. If you cannot work your assigned shift you will be required to buy-out that shift for a fee of $30.00. Buy-outs should be requested at least one (1) week prior to the assigned shift. Once a buy-out requested has been submitted, this request can be changed up to 72 hours prior to your assigned shift. If a buy-out request is made less than one (1) week prior to the assigned shift an additional $5.00 will be assessed. All buy-out money is due by Friday at 5:00 pm the weekend of your assigned shift. If buy-out money is not received at that time from either the manager or team mom, the person assigned to that shift will be charged the No-Show Fee of $40.00.
If you are late to your assigned shift, you will be charged $5.00 per each ½ hour you are late.
If you do not show up for your assigned shift, you will be charged $40.00 and will result in your child AND manager sitting out a game or games until the issue has been resolved.
