    MVP STUDIOS LETTER OF APOLOGY TO APB PARENTS

    Anaheim Pony Parents,
    My name is Andy Stockglausner and my wife and I own MVP Studios. I'm writing to apologize for picture day running behind schedule yesterday. As the owner of the company, I have to accept 100% responsibility for the delays. At MVP Studios, we strive to deliver quality photos and on time picture days. Yesterday we failed to deliver an on time picture day. We had a photographer just not show up, he didn't call in sick, he didn't let anyone know, he just didn't show up at all. On Friday, we confirm the shoot times and locations with every single photographer scheduled for the next day. They get an email with a map and directions, contact information for the shoot manager and instructions on where to setup. He confirmed with us on Friday that he would be there. About 30 minutes before the shoot was to start, my shoot manager called me to let me know he wasn't there. I immediately got ready and left my house in Temecula to come to the shoot myself to take his place. By the time I got there we were already pretty far behind schedule. I was able to catch us up a little but we still finished behind and for that I apologize.
    None of this is meant to excuse the delays because it is unacceptable to me for us to run behind on picture days. Its a huge pet peeve of mine. I would like to provide 4 free wallets to everyone to help make up for some of the hassle. I know this doesn't make up for your inconvenience but hopefully it helps show our dedication to you as a customer.
    I would also like to personally guarantee that this will not happen to you guys again. In the future, I will make sure your picture day has an extra camera and photographer scheduled to prevent this from happening. Also, we will make sure to allow extra time in the schedule for the really young kids and the buddy photos. I will personally be watching over your league going forward to make sure thing run smoothly.
    Once again, I truly apologize for the inconvenience on Saturday and I appreciate your business.

    RAIN & FIELD CONDITION HOTLINE

    City of Anaheim Mudline

    After a Rainy day or weekend, sometimes the fields are not playable the next day. To verify if your fields are playable, you must call the Anaheim Mudline @ 714 765-5242. They usually update the line by 3 pm and by 8 am on the weekends. If the fields are closed, practice or games are not permitted.

    New PONY Inc. Bat Rules

    Pony baseball has implemented the following Bat Rules for the 2012 season:
     
    • No two and three quarter inch (2-3/4") diameter bats are allowed at any level of play. 
    • Two and five-eighth inch (2-5/8") diameter bats that weigh minus 3 (-3) bats must have the BBCOR .50 stamp on them are legal, as long as they are designed for baseball use. 
    • Two and five-eighth inch (2-5/8") diameter bats that weigh minus 4 (-4) through minus 13 (-13) bats are legal as long as they do not exceed 42 inches in length and as long as they are designed for baseball use. 
    • Two and one-half (2-1/2") diameter bats must have a BPF of 1.15 or less stamped on them and they must also have the Approved for PONY Baseball stamped on them as well.
